Blackbaud Merchant Services outage
Resolved - Observations over the last hour support the resolution of this incident by Blackbaud. We will continue to monitor this situation outside of this outage report.

Monitoring - We are beginning to see improvement with Blackbaud payment processing. Previous order payments have captured and new transactions are processing as expected. We will continue to monitor this issue from Blackbaud.

Update - Blackbaud has acknowledged the issue which their payment systems are currently experiencing. You can also track the status of their outage at status.blackbaud.com When we have any additional information to relay, we will do so. XTruLink clients with handheld MPOS devices and Stripe M2 chippers can utilize those devices to handle sales at front of house.

Investigating - We are aware of an issue with Blackbaud Payment services that is affecting payments to online portals. We are monitoring this issue for a resolution from Blackbaud. Organizations with walk up patrons may utilize XTruLink MPOS devices enabled with Stripe merchant services to complete transactions.
